A common phrase by those looking for reliable work & whether you are a manager or a business owner finding someone that incorporates all the desired traits is like finding a diamond in the rough, to quote Aladdin.
You may have noticed a lack of recent scans of our game's art, this is because we are currently going through the hiring process for a new enemy battler. And it hasn't been easy. Often times we will find someone who has the talent but is beyond our budget. Others simply charge outrageous prices for barely even beginning the work there being asked to do. The list very much goes on and on here folks.
So it only makes me more thankful to have the team I currently have; Taylor, Issac, Irene, Eadger, and Sid are all amazing at what they do and have the passion and dedication that I use to set the bar for all our applicants.
Chronicles of Uneskia is a labor of love, there isn't a guaranteed paycheck at the end of this project (that said people are compensated for their work during the project of course) and so its about wanting to see the vision realized and just have fun with it too!
